Being an actor takes a lot of free time, and a lot of patients. I have the same dream as you. As a high school there is only so little that I can do, but I joined the Drama club, and was recently cast in the Cleveland production of "The Great Gastby". If you read the book, my character was George Wilson. I enjoyed working with other cast members and being of the play. Yes, you can be an actor but you have to work hard at it. Try to audition for play around your area. If you go on google you will find a whole bunch of selections.
