check your fuses. sometimes one fuse can go out and affect a lot of other things.
you may need a new starter. your wires may be bare somewhere between the battery and the starter. you mightr need a better ground. you can test if its the starter by hitting it with something while cranking the engine over. and if you find out the problem but it still makes a growly noise you might need to shim it.
when you bolt on your wheels there's an amount of lugs that hold them on. most cars are five lug nowadays. it used to depend on the make of the vehicle more. but they are either five lug, eight lug, or ten lug on most vehicles. also the spacing of the lugs are different on different makes. cheverolets are different from fords and fords are different from dodges and so on and so forth.
