Yes. Remove plenum, and intake manifold. Remove valve covers. Loosen all rocker arms until all pushrods can be removed. If you have a roller motor, remove spider which holds lifters in place. If motor has many miles on it you will have to use a super tight pair of vise grips. Good luck, lousy job.
P.S. Make certain that pushrods are not clogged, run a coathanger through them and soak them in kerosene. Blow them out with an air hose.
