I know that there is an awful lot of advice most of it very true, but however also a lot of beating around the bush about this subject, politicians as usual, trying to walk a middle path with a desire to please everybody, but sadly hardly any substantial meaningful suggestions forth coming,how to solve or attempt to solve this problem, Now to my mind one needs to be  very clinical, and react in a ruthless fashion  be cruel to be kind, first of all  to FIND A LEADER somebody prepared to tell it like it is and see clearly from a colour blind perspective, for what it truthfully is ( a Total crime against all Americans full stop) That a policy be introduced along the same lines, as the French Foreign Legion be introduced, where all proven highly dangerous and anti social serial hard core offenders  prisoners, as well as those sentenced to death,are given a choice join up or face the full wrath of the law. The French know how to handle them this I think will go a considerable way to be a deterrent as well as poetic justice.
