It's hard for me to learn from someone else's example, good or bad. While I'll take it into consideration, personal experience has always been the best teacher for me.

Yourself.Trial & error.Learn from your mistakes.Albert Einstein said the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over & over again & not improving.(Or something like that.) Here is a hint.You will never learn anything unless you want to.

I tell you what seems to help me a lot, I allow my days events or happenings to wash over me in a casual way as possible, unless urgent, and try to pay them little or no attention as possible and then my mind brings them back to me, its weird sometimes it is like an auto switch in my quiet times for analysing and storage into my memory
