well the best thing to do is to go to the trashcan in your email browser.

that would be the best location to delete thrown away messages and just select all and permanently delete them all  

first click on the start menu and open configuration screen. 

then select delete programs.

then just search the unwanted toolbar and click it to activate the un-installer

you can try to connect your ipod with the USB-cable then go to my comptuer and select the apple ipod map  then whatever you do KEEP THE IPOD ACTIVE don't let the screen go black or you can start over again then copy+paste the mp-3 folders into your ipod map and if your'e lucky this might work

try downloading steam then you can safely download team fortress 2 and maybe stay in touch with your friends
