I think you should go for some diet pills. I have just started with Phenocal. So far it worked for me. One thing that I am very with Phenocal is that I need not do dieting. I can enjoy my chocolates and pizzas without bothering about weight gain… So far so good….

Don't bleach it... Use a color stripper (like the one n only), it will lighten your hair up to the lightest stage it has been. Then you can put whatever color you want to over it.
HEART-SHAPED
"Heart-shaped faces tend to be wider in the cheeks," says James. “A middle part complements this shape, but only if you have long hair. If you have short hair or too many layers around the face, it can have the reverse effect.” That’s because the cropped fringe will bring the focus to the wider area of your face. “A side part will also work by allowing hair to covering the larger forehead and cheek area and make the face look thinner,” suggests James.
CIRCLE
"Use a deep side part to showcase your strongest side," says James. Don't know which side is your best? Use a blank piece of paper to cover half of you face while looking in a mirror. Then switch sides. Whichever half you prefer the most wins! "Round faces need a curtain of hair to lengthen the shape and balance the features," says James.
SQUARE
"A deep side part will soften the forehead and jaw line," says James. The long layers create a rounded oval by falling diagonally across the face and hiding harsher angles. The ideal place to start your deep part is directly above the arch in your eyebrows.
OVAL
"People with oval faces have it the easiest! They can pull off any part, any side, any way, on any style," says James. So why not try them all? Experiment with sides and angles for a mini makeover each day! Or try creating a youthful zigzag part.
I would say either brown or black. Dark green is a color that both of those colors go with. So if you have a pair lying around the house that will work. HOpe this helps! :)

With blue eyes, you should stay far away from blue eyeshadow. If you want you eyes to pop and look mesmerizing then try wearing earth-tones, such as browns with a slight purple base, taupe, and slate colored grays. If you want to have a little fun outside of the earth-tones, then try a nice rose colored eyeshadow. The coolness from the pink/purple eyeshadow will be a really nice contrast to your blue eyes.
Use essential oils combined with scalp massage. Massage promotes good circulation in the scalp to keep your hair follicles active. Massage your scalp daily by hand for a couple of minutes. To enhance the massage, use a few drops of lavender or bay essential oil in an almond or sesame oil base on your scalp.
No, because basically hair grows from the scalp.
