if you want lightning, boogie on down to Central Africa.... although you might not make it back
find a secluded area in the woods by yourself and find a rock or log or piece of ground to sit on meditate until the answer comes to you...... i think your comment ( although it is placed correctly) is in poor taste colleen.

the living one because dead people don't talk......hahahaha..........no but seriously I think I would Choose Dante Alighieri. He led a very interesting life and is among the best who ever wrote. his poetry is stunning
"Such sweet decorum and such gentle grace attend my lady's greeting as she moves that lips can only tremble into silence, and eyes dare not attempt to gaze at her. Moving benignly, clothed in humility, untouched by all the praise along her way, she seems to be a creature come from Heaven to earth, to manifest a miracle. Miraculously gracious to behold, her sweetness reaches, through the eyes, the heart (who has not felt this cannot understand), and from her lips it seems there moves a gracious spirit so deeply loving that it glides into the souls of men, whispering: "Sigh!" "
tell me how you are......what have you been up to......pick one
Yeah, I'm one and a half. Some people are calling me a prodigy because i can already read and write (and type). I don't understand their fascination however, a lot of people can do those things.
also in 1Timothy Chapter 4 Paul warns of false teachers Verses 1-5 (KJV) "Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron; Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them who believe and know the truth for every creature of God is good and nothing to be refused if it be received with thanksgiving :For it is sanctified by the word of God and Prayer."
I like being able to feel things...the emotions I feel let me know who I am. I also believe that music is what emotions sound like, and could you imagine a world without music?
I'm particularly fond of the saying, "Learn the rules, so you know how to break them properly"
From what i understand, Catholic priests believe they have the power to absolve the sins of mankind because of what Jesus says to his disciples in John Chapter 20 Verse 23 (KJV) "Whose soever sins ye remit, they are remitted unto them; and whose soever sins ye retain they are retained."
But if you read the preceding verses, it becomes clear what Jesus is really talking about. John Chapter 20 V21-23 (KJV) "Then said Jesus to them again, "Peace be unto you: as my Father has sent me,even so i send you." And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and saith unto them,"Receive ye the Holy Ghost: Whose soever sins ye remit, they are remitted unto them;and whose soever sins ye retain, they are retained." "
Jesus says that only the Holy Trinity (God, the Holy Ghost, and Jesus Christ) can absolve sins.
