This is very hard to do but I admire the fact that you realize you have a problem with it. I quit drinking 16 years ago. I dont remember exactly how I did it but one important thing to do is to distance yourself from your drinking friends and drinking environments. Once you reunite with them or the places you will be tempted to drink again. I had to 'give up' my drinking friends and it was hard but most of them were just that, DRINKING friends, not real ones.
Another thing is that if you have a problem with drinking, you CANNOT drink 'socially' meaning "Ill have just one or two" at a wedding, party, etc. You will slip into drinking problems again.
Probable the best thing is to wean yourself off. make a calender and 'allot' yourself a certain number of drinks a day and reduce the number every couple of days until you reach one a day for a few days then stop. Stop for good and resist temptation. Dont go back to the same drinking lifestyle and what I mentioned above. Congrats on realizing the problem and GOOD LUCK!
was it Louise? I loved that show!
Shelly , I recommend that you attempt to correct this problem OUTSIDE a public forum such as this site. Your email address is now 'open' for anyone to send you anything including advertisements, viruses and illicit material. Unless you intend to use this email address for business porpouses I would limit your email address to personal friends, family etc.

KVA- I am assuming K-kilo, V-volt, A-amp. multiply volt by amp to find watt. Watt is the standard defining value so I beieve you are looking for kilowatt.
this cannot be answered as insufficient information is available. The total number of students must be known to be added to the equation.
NEVER disclose your SSN on a website.
If you are attempting to update your version of I-tunes from the Apple website you are safe. Sometimes Windows will prompt you this untrusted website message from legit websites as they havent applied for and obtained a Windows certification stating site is safe. I have downloaded Apple software from Apple and ignored the message and have had no problem. I had the same experience from Logictech which is a 'real' company. BE CAREFUL, make sure it is Apple's website that you are accessing the update from. Look at the top of your screen and ensure it says 'Apple.com'. Other legitiment websites I have experienced the same.
Another way to be safe is to create a restore point on your computer before downloading programs. Go into your computer and create a restore point. You can name the restore point. If you do this, you are safe from downloading programs that you may find cool and like but are offered by some company that you may not have heard of. Usually they are ok but if the download is corrupted you can go to system restore and restore to the point just prior to the downloads that have negatively affected your computer. This will remove the troubled download(s).
It depends on your preferences. You may need a 'family car' or an 'economy car' or interested in a performance automobile. Narrow it down and do research.
Whatever the case, there has been a misperception that American cars are somehow inferior to foreign autos. Just today I read of Cadillac's CTS-V of not only being competitive to BMWs but several auto experts say the CTS-V is a perfect blend of power, style, performance, luxury and reliabilty and surpass BMW models in the price range. The Chevy Cruise, which is designed to compete with foreign models such as Honda's Civic and Hyundai is said to be the best value in an economy car as it offers far more features than it's competitors and has a high build quality and excellent fuel economy. The Chevy Malibu is a beautiful car with excellent quality and balance of style and interior comfort which I believe beats the Honda Accord. One of my favorites is the Ford Taurus SHO. This car is good looking and high performance along with high build quality. The key here is that the days of American cars being inferior to foreign counterparts are gone. American cars have scored extremely high in design, engineering and quality. Buick is the car of choice for newly rich Chinese and is the top seller in China.
Hyundai is a 'rising power' in the automobile industry. However, I have read a few articles of Hyundai which is led by a convicted white collar criminal that was pardoned by the Korean government because of his expertise on the automobile industry and was instrumental in turning around Hyundai into a world class car company prior to his arrest. The deal here is that the government of South Korea allowed this as it is a Korean goal of becoming the world's number one auto manufacturer.
There are so many autos that this is a difficult question to answer but I did want to answer that American cars are some of the best looking, performing and reliable cars in the world now. Gone are the days of the famous poor quality American cars of the 70's-80's and early 90's.
The best answer I can give you is to narrow your search for a new car by what type of model and then research all that make that particular one. You may be surprised at what you will find.
My picks:
performance sports car- Corvette ZO6, performance coupe and sedan- Cadillac CTS-V, midrange high performance sedan- Ford Taurus SHO, family car- Chevy Malibu, economy car- Chevy Cruise, I really want a Chevy Volt. The Volt is the most technologically advanced car on the road.
There will be several responses to my 'answer'. Alot of Americans hate American cars which is sad considering we are Americans and should attempt to buy American. I wouldnt buy American if the quality, style, comfort and reliability were the same as YEARS AGO but American cars have improved so well that many are considered world class and Americans, for some reason, will forget we are in two wars but will never forget and forgive the 'bad days' of the American auto industry along time ago.
