I don't see where the Bookmarks bar code is. I have seen it before, usually when I don't have a need for it. Is it just not seen from the page I am on?

I am told to go to download SatelliteDirect file. I do. It comes up on a bar in the left hand corner and says it is downloading, it even tells me how many seconds left as it works. When it'd done nothing happens, just a Satellite Download here button with a circle that is going around and around like some circles do when they are still in procewss. I also get a bunch of this could damage your computer warnings, but I think I already did. It states unless you trust the source. How do I know

Even more frustrating are your choice bars with conflicting instructions like "answer this" or "Unfollow this". First of all; what in the world does it mean to unfollow something? Then the choice to "answer this"; am I going to have to answer my own question if I hit this choice? If I could answer this I wouldn't have asked this. So, I'm going to hit "answer this" because there are no other options excepting go back and risk losing the main question.
