    3. I am told to go to download SatelliteDirect file. I do. It comes up on a bar in the left hand corner and says it is downloading, it even tells me how many seconds left as it works. When it'd done nothing happens, just a Satellite Download here button with a circle that is going around and around like some circles do when they are still in procewss. I also get a bunch of this could damage your computer warnings, but I think I already did. It states unless you trust the source. How do I know

      You must go to your downloads at once and un-install that program ... if you can't locate it in downloads then go to your start menu and select programs add or remove and locate it there and delete it there! NOW!
