Hi there,
Age shouldn’t matter when it comes to therapy, but as a 36-year old, I’d rather see someone who is at least slightly older than I am. I want someone who has experience, but there are some people who are under 30 who have a lot to offer.
It really does depend on how comfortable you are with them. If you don’t feel you are getting anywhere with anyone, regardless of age, then discontinue with them and move on.
Here are some of the basics every therapist should follow in their treatment plan and approach with you:
Training/credentials, experience, and professionalism
Informed consent and other legal issues
Communication and client focus
Empathy and the therapeutic relationship
Progress
At any rate, I hope you eventually found the right therapist for you.
Hey there,
It doesn’t look like anyone answered your question! I hope you found the natura sound therapy, I did in just a quick google search right here: natura_sound_therapy.en.downloadastro.com/ . This is the site where you can download it from. If you’re having problems falling asleep, this should help do the trick! If the problem persists, I’d consider talking with someone and seeing if there is some other underlying reason why you cannot sleep (good start: https://www.findatherapist.com)!
Good luck!
