    how can i get rid of a pinched nerve in my back?

    i was thinking it was a pulled muscle yesterday, but now since last night and ths morning it feels like more nerve irritation maybe sciatica? how can i get rid of the pain immediately?

      Ibuprofen, rest and heat. Or see a chiropractor.
