I don't think any western power should be involved, there are enough Arab countries that could get involved Syria, Jordan, Saudis, Turkey. but I believe that what has happened in Egypt and now Libya and Yemen is being orchestrated by IRAN in an effort to control ALL the oil in the middle east for the $$$$ and power over the west.

I was going to suggest small claims court also, or the embarresment route. This person has most likely stiffed other people, your not the first. If it's a condo or apt bldg print out some flyers and hang in the entrance ways of her bldg and other bldgs in the complex basically telling people their neighbor is a dead beat, if it's a house get the addresses of homes on the block and do the same thing, the cost would be stamps, If your in contact with other self employed domestics spread the word, eventually she'll have to clean her own house.. good luck!

First, BANK OF AMERICA IS A JOKE!! I've had dealings with them and had to prove them wrong. This person needs to document all contact with B o A, Phone calls, and all pymt records of their mailings or pymts made and all the returns of pymts, envelopes letters EVERYTHING! As for phone calls to BoA ALWAYS get the name of whom your talking to and their position or title. Then since it's the VA I would contact the VA themselves,they have advocates.
