If you have a armitron watch wr330ft dont follow those directions use mine hit the mode button from Time set display 4 times for al1 then hold set untill your hour time starts blinking then use adjust to then change the hour hit mode to go to minutes/seconds and adjust that this tip i think can be used for setting time
