click start bottom left corner of your screen,go to control panel,click on programs and features,scroll down to the program you want to uninstall in this case the tune up program named. right click press uninstall,done

IT DEPENDS ON WHAT YOU DOWNLOAD, BY DEFAULT YOUR COMPUTER WILL CREATE A FILE ASSOCIATED WITH SAID DOWNLOAD THE NAME OF THAT FILE IS THE NAME OF THE DOWNLOAD AND PUT IT IN YOU DOCUMENTS, LOOK FOR IT THERE.
