God is omnipotent. HE has given us a life to live. All creatures are subject to the environment in which they live.  Animals learn to adapt.  They learn to seek the safest and most useful land for their needs.  Man has this option also.  Sometimrs due to man's own failure to provide the proper environment (healthy parents, proper care during a pregnancy, safe and peaceful environments) infants are effected adversely.  There are also mutations in the genes that parents and physicians are either not aware of or have no control of.  Even amimals are subjected by genetic errors.  God has given man free will. God has given man many challanges.  All people are responsible for for all other people and the earth.  When an infant is born, no matter what the souce of the imperfection, it becomes the duty of you and me to provide the best care for the child.  God gave us life; you can use it for the betterment of the needy or rail against inequities that are out of your control.  Go to a clinic where handicapped children are being helped.  They do not weep for their circumstances...they are joyful for what they can do.  I think God puts us in these circumxdatnces to see just how humane we can be and then we find joy in every breath, every sound, the sky rain or snow for we have another chance to share love and appreciate the world we live in.  If you go to the aid of someone it will bring you joy.  God bless you with peace.
