Well, whenever he's trying to bite anyone just scream at him and say no (Not too loud he or she will get REALLY scared). This is how we taught our cockatoo to not bite so I hope it works on your parrot. :)
Well, I have a cockatoo and he once bit my year when he was on my shoulder but nothing happend.
