You have two choices.  Choice A is you want the tenant out and don't want him/ her back.  Therefore you serve them a 30 day eviction notice.

choice B is you want your money and want them to pay you in 7 days or go to court to try and get it.

therefore a 7 day notice to quit is what you want.  Both types of eviction notices are available online and at your district court house.

You don't add oil to a lawn mower.  see your owners manual as most and that only 1% of lawnmoweres use oil.  And most of them are oil injected. 

Go to www.usps.com and download their software, then the postman picks up directly from your home and the printing is done for you on your printer. Have a credit card ready to pay for the postage.

If you have a dial for water level use it.  too much water and your clothes get rotated before the spin cycle.  If not you need to do the economy thing with more clothes in the washing machine to keep costs down and keep the clothes from knotting up.
