On april 11, 2012 i went to cvs to pick up 3 prescription that i had called in that morning. At about 5 pm i went to pick up medication and was told i was not a member. i gave her my membership card and the lady at cvs called humana and after staying on the phone for an hour and a half i had the perscriptions filled and paid for them. the next morning i called and was told by a recording to "please hold" and after about an hour i hung up. what do i need to do. ashmore--gparents1@att.net--
