Flank steak is wonderful. Cube it or beat it so its tender. Then marinate it in your favorite marinate. I like either Yoshida Gourmet or one of the Jack Daniels Marinate for 1 to 2 days. Cook with olive oil over barberque or Jenn Air to medium or medium rare. This will be the most tender delicious steak you ever had.
To make a great fish batter so fish is crisp and not greasy:
1. wash fish and then roll in Corn Starch (to keep out the grease).
2. then dip it in a bowl of beaten eggs.
3. then pat with Peppy's Seafood Batter (made with beer).
4. then last dip it in PANKO Bread Crumbs.
5. Cook fish at 350 degrees in peanut oil till golden brown.
6. Season to your taste. I use a little garlic powder and pepper.
You will eat the most delicious crunchy fish you have ever had!!!
