how can i get red wax off of walls and hard wood floors

You put a few layered peice of newspaper or butcher paper( 1st choice) down on the spots and take a hot iron and iron the paper .The paper absorbs the melted wax as well the protects iron from getting waxy. As far as the  red dye in the wax goes , it may still stain and then you use oxi clean or something after the wax is removed to lift the red stain  up . Keep ironing with fresh paper until you feel no wax residue or until the paper is showing no dark spots where the oil from the wax  being absorbed into the paper before you do anything else
