I too have just finished my CHL course-work and have an appt. at one of our leading indoor fire-arms ranges.  They are part of the "FastPass" system in which fingerprinting is done using electronic means.  so, contact some of your indoor ranges and see if they can get you in.  However, I still think you will need to go on-line to make the appt. via the "system".  There is about a $10  charge for this finger printing service.  - Good Luck !

place the dvd into the loader....then, go to "Computer" on your menu.  Your dvd "should" show-up on that page...just click on it and it will open for you to play it.  Another way is to use your Media Player.

Many folks get this from time to time.  I think the "system" becomes "overloaded" from time-to-time which gives us these alerts.  Try using Mozilla Firefox when this happens.

These type of composistions are for very gifted and advanced players. Many years of Piano study are required to play them.  Playing these, "fast" is like learning how to "type" , fast...... the more you do it, the more you can. When a player learns these, they learn one hand at a time and then they put them together.  They use a Metronome to help them to go from slow to fast. 

Perform a System Restore back to a time when you were not getting this on your screen.
