You look into who you are. You find the raw materials of your being, dig them out, refine them and make something that you can be proud of. Find the elements of your Authenticity and forge them into a 'whole', an Integrity.
WHAT you do is a matter of orientation, talent and attitude. Find those and the work or profession follow. But your first 'work' is YOU. If you create Integrity from what is Authentic in you, whatever you do in life witll be meaningful, satisfying and useful.
A double negative implies that you do get respect. Perhaps you misunderstand others by causing them to misunderstand you. Try speaking English properly. And doing everything else mindfully too. Who knows, those simple matters may see respect coming your way.
You want to buy a website, or silver.? I am supposing silver. Wholesale? I doubt you will find a wholsaler as they are usually the mines and they sell to people who can do additional refining. There are major retailers who do the assay refining and sell ingots with their stamp on it. Try Perth Mint or Adelaide Exchange (In Oz) or PAMP in Europe.. Google 'Gold and Silver Bullion' for someone local to your region.
Another question you might ask yourself is where you will store it? Some major retailers have their own vaults where you can buy and leave your assigned ingots. You can also, with some, buy and store 'unassigned' ingots. That is to say, there is no physical ingot that is yours, until you want to take custody of it. Think of insurance too.
Action potentials need walking sticks as they get older. Tiny Segways would help. And they like to stop and smell the myelin from time to time. Synapses sometimes forget what they are doing and why they are there. It is not uncommon for synapses to get together and form book clubs and drink tea, and at those times, little gets done.
I would have chosen to be Emperor of the World, but some American chap with an odd name has the job and frankly he has a far more practiced way of looking down his nose at people than I do. He has a fine sneer too and a way with other people's money that makes me look careful.
I know how to parse a sentence, but diagram? I have not heard that expression before. Is this New-speak?
Ask him what his wife thinks. If he doesn't know, he is married.
It is a rudish term for English people, used by Yanks. I have not heard other foreigners use it.

When I was an airman (British) in the Far East, newly posted in people were called 'Moonies' because their knees shone white like a full moon / they looked as though they had never been out in the sunshine.
You put one in your ear. (Important safety tip: Use one only)
Crikey, how many flowers do you want to buy that takes a whole gang who do not know her to pay for?
