I have had three e-mails from gmail as follows.Due to congestion and high cost of maintenance in all Gmail! users accounts, Gmail! would be shutting down all unused accounts. In order to avoid the deactivation of your account Click Here to sign in again and confirm your e-mail. Is this a scam thanks for your help.

Scam alert. no such thing as google shutting down inactive accounts. Report the email as spam so others dont get it
Just to stay on the safe side I would advise you to change your passwords.
