If you're in Ireland, you need to contact the the department of foreign affairs and to ask them. If you're not in Ireland but you're an Ireland citizen, you need to visit the Irish embassy in the country you're traveling at.

Basically you're right, but there were millions of legitimate files that were closed by the FBI and the owners of those files can't reach them anymore.

You can buy a sennheiser headset, they have a great sound quality but they are also pretty expensive ($200). If you want quality in a low price then go for the Turtle Beach p21 ($75). It's a very good headset but not as good as a Sennheiser headset. If you don't care about he price then the best headset for the PS3 is an Astro headset + mixamp ($250).

The U.S makes sure their weapons go to the right people. You don't see American weapons in the hands of Iran or terror organizations like Al Qaeda or Hizbullah or Hamas, unless they were stolen.
