What recourse do I have if my neighbor refuses to remove their fallen tree from my yard and fix my fence?

Get 2 estimates from tree people for removal. Take pictures showing the tree in your yard and from whence it came. Then take out a law suit in Small Claims Court. No lawyers allowed, you will be permitted to argue your own case
