Wiccans believe in following the "Wiccan Rede" which is the only law governing Wicca but is not always simple. Basically the rede is "and harm ye none, do what ye will" so if it harms no-one do what you want..but..it can get tricky when you have to consider every way that your actions can cause harm..and then "harm" is different to different people..so having said that, different "covens" (groups) have different practices and all Wiccans are different just as in any religion. As far as are they evil? Depends on what you consider evil. If you are Buddhist asking that you will feel differently than a Christian asking that same question..so like any other question that inquires after a large group of people-the answer is highly subjective.
The real problem is that America is a nation divided...back to basics here with the haves and the have nots..If everyone believed in helping others and the well being of others then it would be okay but the problem is that many Americans are individualists who believe in self reliance. In this basic, even if misguided belief system-everyone is equally able to achieve anything they want! This is the thinking style of many people and those same people do not support welfare programs or social reform projects. Sadly, most of the people who think this way are also wealthy, were raised wealthy, and THEY have most of the actual power. So if you have a bunch of "have nots" trying to change the way things are-they better be prepared to do lots of hard work--and the work they should first focus on is getting the "haves" to join their cause so that it can be directed and guided to the right people in power..it's a tough one for sure!
You should always wash any protein stain with cold water (blood is a protein). Since it is white, u could use regular bleach in the cold water with detergent and soak for a couple of hours then wash normally..make sure stains are gone before drying. Very hard to get out after dryer.
It depends entirely on the type of memory...different types of memory are stored in different parts of the brain. In school learning from books the data is stored in the Hippocampus. Please ask your question more specifically.
Symptoms are usually itching, burning, and a white or slightly off white discharge. If you have never had one you should have it checked because many other illnesses have these same symptoms.
No, with those phone services you have to use their exact phone..but a word to the wise---straight talk sucks!!! I had them and it was a terrible experience.
Sometimes used in Sociology referring to people using welfare services and "double dipping". Inflation would be related to the change in the cost of living expense while adapting to the added burden on tax payers. hope that helps..
