(1 WAY) On the Tool Bar line that has the commands of File Edit View Favorites Tools and help -- look under the "FILE" command you will usually see X's on each of the Tool-bar lines. Go to the "X" you wish to remove. Click on that "X". It will send the Tool-bar to your trash can. Look it up in your TRASH and click on delete.
(SECOND WAY) Click on the START button, then click on CONTROL PANEL, when that window opens go to ADD AND REMOVE PROGRAMS. Select the TOOL BAR you wish to remove. Confirm the removal and your TOOL BAR and it should be removed forever, however, the Web Site you received the TOOL BAR from may have put a cookie in your computer. You may have to remove the TOOL BAR at a later date unless you find a way to remove the cookie also. All computer WINDOWS PROGRAMs are different so you may have to contact the maker of the WINDOWS PROGRAM.
