In America it has been the practice of auto manafacturers since time and memorial to build anything they build with built in obsolesence. In the old days ninetheenth century this wasn't so. American made ment quality or the best it could be. It took the Japanese to show us how to make a decent running four cilider, engine. Honda engines and toyota are great.
