Consider making the the parents responsible. Have them serve time in jail. If parents are bullies they will raise bullies. So make them be the bullied. You'll see a drop in that attitude. I see a lot of irresposnsible parents who have no idea HOW to be a parent. That is why you see such a rise in nasty mean punks with no respect, especially for themselves. Respect shouldn't be earned. It should be taught. If a kid tells me I need to earn his respect, he/she is wrong and their prents have done him/her a great disservice.

Alcohol is ten time worse. And it IS leagal and kills 20 times as many people. I would also bet that a siginificant number of lawmakers drink daily. Hypocracy! Weed makes stupid people more stupid. If you are predisposed to being stupid you shoudn't do it and you should wear a sign so people won't sell it to you. So, Here's your sign. Breathig our air adds all sorts of toxins into your lungs. If you do anything to the extreme it will be bad for you. It is also medicinal. Tell me is is worse for you than Xanax, lithium, depakote, seroquil.. I could go on and on.
