Hi you may consider this answer daft but it is not intended to be so. Take a look at you little toe eg left hand left foot. If you have stubbed it recently or had any damage it will influence the feeling in your finger. I know it sounds daft. But as a Reflexology will tell you it's fact. Massage the toe and the finger will heel. Try not to walk on the side of your foot. Look at the sole of your shoe and see where it is wearing away. All your shoes will wear in the same place.

The upper side is the non stick side, whereas the bottom of the non stick is as sticky as hell and sticks to the pan. Also it is fused onto the metal. by means of heat. more that a hot plate when cool each side has a reverse effect

No. That's the truth of it. Everyone tells fibs even ladies. Can you honestly say that you never fib, If it's honesty to your wife then I can say yes, most of the time, I tell my wife everything. unless it's something I don't want her to know. I'm sure she does the same to me.
I sleep pretty well all the time. I have a glass of warm milk and a banana it works really well. But best of all is go to bed with a clear mind.
