My eggs stick to teflon or other 'non-stick pan' every time I fry 'em.. i think what they do is coat the metal pan with eggs then put the non-stick over that.. This is how its done, I'm positive of that.
Eggs is the answer here.

Yes we bought a non stick pan 2 days ago and the eggs stuck to it. I think they put the non stick stuff on back to front lol
I wrote a poem for you dad. Please read it to him
Close your weary eyes, sense His peace.
Captive in your pain, He can make it cease.
Trust in the Healer, feel the warmth of His touch.
He stretched out His arms, said 'I love you this much'
When all feels pointless and you feel there is no hope.
Talk to the Shepherd, He will help you to cope.
Can you think of another so faithful and true.
He whispers your name, yes that name is you.
If you walk through the valley of worry and fear.
You can rest in His promise, 'I will always be near'
His Word and His love, they will comfort you
So rest now my friend, ' I will carry you through'

Scientifically speaking, Teflon will not chemically bond to anything, but can be forced mechanically into small nooks and crannies. This slippery substance adheres to their surfaces once manufacturers sandblast them to roughen them, apply a primer, and embed the Teflon into the primer. just case some one really wants to know....lol
