Beauty is totally in the eye of the beholder and to answer how skin deep I have to say that part of the attraction is chemical as well. I did quite a lot of online dating and when meeting someone that I found attractive , there were times that there was just nothing there at all.There is a lot involved in being attracted to someone.Looks aren't everything...along comes personality, things in common, chemical reactions to one another (I don't mean chem trails though)

If you see someone and I see the same person, we may each see something different. I think that if a guy isnt that good looking but has a great personality, is funny and makes me feel good....that makes him the most handsome guy in the world...to me

Yes, beauty is as we perceive. Everyone has different perception, a person who seem beautiful to you might not seem same to me. !!!

Beaty is a gift, like a talent. If it does not go in hand with character, like any is other gift it can be ugly. Like somebody said: Beaty goes to the skin, ugliness to the bone. Imagine for exampel a beautiful very ?sthetic building. You are amazed, til you discover weapons and instruments on the wall, cabable to harm or even kill people.
