Can you use a US Phone car charger in an Australian car?

I noticed my outlet for the phone charger in my car says it's 120W (or V?). and we use 120 here and in other countries it's 240. I didn't know if what it says by my outlet relates to that or not.

Car chargers are all 12 volt.So no problemo.(We have 12V cars too).
i think i've answered this exact same question last week, the answer is still the same YES! YES! YES!. The cars are 12 volt no matter where they are manufactured. as peoplelover said the first time he doubts there is such a charger for a car at 120 volt, the car charger itself is the same the world over.

Maybe she will need a left hand drive ciggy lighter

I don't think it'll work in an Australian car. The funny Aussie accent is incompatible with American phones.
