Sometimes my keyboard changes and I am unable to get apostrophes for instance. How can I change it back to originsal?

Is this a keyboard for a PC and is it the keyboard that came with your computer or is a replacement one?

The keyboard is a Dell and is original to the Dell PC. I can resolve the keyboard problem by rebooting, but I was hoping for a quicker way.
