A cook who loves to cook does more for food than all the condiments of creation. I like to cook pastry and breads most of all. I make several nice deserts and I’ve be working on variations of flan. When you are exploring taste sensations it is important to bring ingredients together that may have never met before. It is so curious how cashews affects the flavor of spinach pie. Mustard brings life to hollandaise sauce. Why else to raise chickens? Orange, lemon and lime peel shaved into delicate curls. I had to make my own knife to get that right. Butter and cream cheese moulds..you know butter can be sweetened with flower nectar, I know that sounds exotic but who can get enough. Honey, nutmeg and wine are my favorite condiments and I’m reminded of more.
