What's wrong with my computer ?
It takes forever to load next screens and this morning it was showing nothing but a black screen and the arrow, i had to unplug it and plug it back in to get it to my desktop. Just got Time Warner Bundle and cable and phone work great but high speed internet isn't right. Also keep getting error messages. Did try to use free anti-virus scans and they say my computer has lots of errors, but then to fix them they want me to buy to fix them and I can't afford them. What's wrong with my system and what can I do. HELP please because I'm frustrated and lost.

Sounds like you just need a good tune up, computers can slow down because of temp files or virus and need to be cleaned and tuned up occasionally. It will probably cost a few bucks to have it done or to buy a program to do it.

There are good free versions of anti-malware and anti-virus programs available. Go to the site listed below and download one of each, then scan your computer in "safe mode".
FYI: I prefer AVG 2011 and Malwarebytes Anti-malware. They will suggest you upgrade to the paid versions, but that is not necessary.
