It seems I want to both thumbs up and thumbs down the question but would that not just cancel out each other, and be all as was. It turns out to be all logical and 'common' sense but the why of it all is even more simple and incredibly beautiful.
About Relativity though! If mass and energy were equal then everything in the long would be equal as long as we don't attach or identify to it's segmented or isolated parts.
