Assuming you have at least one of the old ones available. Take one with you to your local Napa auto parts store and tell them how many you want. They'll take care of the whole thing for you. They can match it to a bolt to determine the thread, and order them if they don't have them in stock. No need to get technical...unless you are going to include that information in your memoirs regarding the time you changed your lug nuts.
