    I was recently diagnosed with elevated microablumin/creatinine ratio indicating diabetic kidney disease with hypertension 143/85, what does that mean? And how can I prevent further damage? Thank you.

    That blood pressure is not very high.We're more concerned with the bottom number, than the top number.
