    when is the best time to plant a buddleia

    I try to do most of my planting in the spring, after the danger of frost has passed. You can plant any type of bush right up until the frost comes in the fall, I like to give them time to set roots in their new home first. Planting late will ensure they are dormant and will stay asleep until spring time and then start growing in their new spot.
