What do you mean 'wait 10~15 minutes?? This makes ~0~ sense..
Wall switch to activate door works fine.. ok, lets forget that for now..
Remote you must wait 10~15 minutes... ??
You mean 'after you activated the door with the wall switch??
If this is the problem then I wouldd suggest there is a thermal breaker that is opening up, therefore causing a delay so that the motor can cool down, once it cools, the breaker will (thermal) will close again..
If you have this problem then your motor is about to crap out, or you have debris or something that is making the motor work very hard causing an overheat.. ou need to check the tracks, perhaps there is a guide roller that is frozen creating drag, or who knows, maybe its off the track completely.. I place my suspicions on thermal overload.
