Yes, some mascaras do contain Guano(bat poop).Most mascaras these days however, use synthetic ingredients. Do you also know that some lipsticks contain fish scales to make them shiny?

I imagine Guano has been made into many things, but I agree with country bumpk that mascaras made of synthetic ingredients. I remember Watching the second Pet Detective (don't recall the name of it) where they made some kind of paste out of the Guano. People will eat the drandest things, blood sausage for instance.
