A commercial driver's license, which can come in class A,B, or C. Class C is the same as a license for a vehicle such as van, or truck under 26,000 lbs, and allows a driver to have endorsements for carrying such things classified as hazardous materials. Class B is for straight trucks with a weight over 26,000 lbs. Class A is for trucks with a weight over 26,000 lbs pulling a trailer weighing over 10,000 lbs.
