    what is the max ram i can install on my macbook a1181

    Macbook I believe can hold 4 Gig of Ram.
    Did a little quick research and found that depending on which model you have, it could either take 4GB or 6GB of ram. Check this link and it will tell you how to find the right number and what you Mac will take and the price for the upgrade.
