    the credit report is suppose to be free why my checking charged $14.00.

    dispute the charge with the credit report agency
    Credit Reports are free when you are trying to take out a loan. If you decide to check on it again at some point, you will be charged.

    Then there is that wonderful 3 credit reports for free, but you get suckered into paying a monthly fee to get it every month. It's in the fine print somewhere down at the bottom of the page. Most people don't catch it until the money comes out of their account.
