      Ouch, if you have a computer specialist I would say it's time to call them before you lose even more of your files? Sometimes it's better to have an expert see the problem first hand... Hope this helps?

        Try F11 and restore it back a few days to before you tried the antivirus software.

          That is definitely not the way it is suppose to work. Perhaps you can try system restore to see if you can recover any of your info. I would call customer service, and see if they can help.
