Even those who call themselves Christian and there are many cults that rob the name Christian, KKK calls themselves Christian.

True Christians worship Jesus Christ. And no, it is not proper to worship any other God but the One true God of the bible, Jehovah.

But you do not consider the scriptures, you are comfortable and safe right where you are. To believe Jesus is God as the scriptures overwhelmingly proclaim would cause you pain and rejection of those you have come to trust and love. I'm very sorry you must live under those circumstances. Here is another passage that declares the truth of the matter....

Christains are in the Father and in the Son, this is the true God, and eternal life.

You will not find the term "Trinity" nor will you read the expression "God the Son". These are phrases used by Christians to convey the truths that are discribed within the Word of God.

John 1:1-14 makes it crystal clear that Jesus, whom is called the "Word of God" is Eternal, is God and became flesh.

"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

"And the four beasts had each of them six wings about [him]; and [they were] full of eyes within: and they rest not day and night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come. (Rev 4:8) .........Jesus was, Jesus is, and Jesus is to come.

"(For the life was manifested, and we have seen [it], and bear witness, and shew unto you that eternal life, which was with the Father, and was manifested unto us;) (1John 1:2)

John had seen Jesus, that eternal life, which was with the Father.

There are just two many like scriptures to list here. Anyone willing to study the scriptures will easily see that Jesus Christ is God the Son. And will see that there are Three who bear record in heaven, and these Three are One.

"For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace." (Isa 9:6)

I could fill pages with these proofs.

So it is quite proper to worship or do obeisance to Jesus as Jehovah's anointed King because the Soveign Lord Jehovah has comanded it. Thomas was quite right when he said My Lord My God for that is what he is.

For example, to which one of the angels did he ever say: “You are my son; I, today, I have become your father”? So even the angels are commanded to do worship and obey Jesus as Gods annointed King.
Now I asked a simple straitforward quetion, Where in the bible or where in any bible can i find an expression God the Son. The only honest man among you did his home work and turned up 20 proofs that the Bible only uses the expression Son of God. But then you lot went into fits of slander and abuse, in fact the same sort of mental attude that caused Satans demise. Is that to be your judgement gentlemen? or will there be more arrogant abuse?

The prophet Isaiah calls Jesus a mighty God

Ah! but the scripture calls Jesus a mighty God as opposed to almighty God. Jesus was not co eternal because he died, and God raised him from the dead. Thomas rightly recognized his recognized his Lord as a mighty God and Jehovah confirmed it at Hebrew 1: 5

Ok I do not want you to start pulling your hair out looking for triune's and Trinities that are not there. Now I have just had a look at my ASV and it is harder to read in the older translation, but I think if you compare the two translation you will begin to see where I am coming from. Jesus absolutely refuted the notion that he was equal to God. But he did exist with God before he was transferred by Holy Spirit to the womb of the Jewish virgin Mary.
