We are a regular couple, not a company, we live in Arizona and there there is 50/50 law applying to divorce. My spouse makes 3 times my salary and wants to put a restraint on that law. What takes?

We are married for 28 years. She makes 75000 a year I make 20000 she wants to divorce and does not want to share or loose what she earned. What would be your answer under the 50/50 law? No kid involved.

50/50 means assets (items owned together), I do not believe wages are considered assets.
